Signals, trajectories, and canonical paths
Signals belong to the attention layer. They show current developments that may matter for industrial recovery, logistics, energy stability, finance, or labour constraints.
Trajectories belong to the scenario-reading layer. They connect the shared historical baseline with structured paths toward 2030 and 2035 so readers can compare direction, speed, and constraint intensity.
Canonical scenarios remain fixed public anchors. Inertial, Survival, and Transformation are the named public states against which all later comparisons are made.
Why the scenario room is not only a dashboard
The situation room is a reading instrument as much as a control surface. It translates scenario logic into figures, dynamic graphs, and transparent parameter relations.
Users can inspect the canonical state first, then open sandbox logic to test how parameter changes alter GDP-equivalent, fiscal outcomes, or sector scores.
Risks and safeguards
Risk logic is separated from the canonical scenario name. Risks can adjust a state, but they do not silently rename or overwrite the public scenario backbone.
This keeps the public layer stable while still allowing stress-testing and foresight interpretation through the expert and sandbox paths.
